Call of the Wild.
Let's plan a trip to Jim Corbett National Park, the first national park in India.
The Jim Corbett National Park is a part of the largest Corbett Tiger Reserve; the Project Tiger lies in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand.
The Park is not only home to dense greenery and a variety of animals but also to a multitude of birds. It is an excellent place to go bird watching and take pictures of the different kinds of birds that are found here, many of which are rare and endangered.
Elephant Safari at Jim Corbett is also a popular activity, apart from the jeep and canter safari. Done under the supervision of an elephant handler in the daytime or in the afternoon, one would get to go up to the periphery of the park and see tigers, elephants and other animals and birds.
Corbett waterfall is a sight to witness, nature lovers often camp and come on a picnic near this falls.
